I like solving real-life problems with open technology. From October 2026 I am looking for a full-time role, and outside it I keep building privacy tools with anoni.net. Based in Taipei, Taiwan (UTC+8).
A full-time role
Backend, platform, or product engineering at startups, open source and developer-tools companies, or remote-friendly product teams. I work mainly in Python and Go, in both Mandarin and English, and I am looking for roles with international scope. For remote roles, I can keep working hours that overlap with the team’s time zone.

Outside work
With anoni.net, Taiwan's anonymous network community, I work on personal privacy guides, Tor relays and bridges, research into anonymous payments, and a two-day track at COSCUP 2026 with the Taipei Ethereum community. When an existing tool does not fit the people we serve, I build a small one.
I see Tor and the privacy work in the Ethereum community as complementary. Tor hides who you connect to, and anonymous payments hide who you pay and what for. My research focus is privacy and anonymous payments.
If your group works on privacy or internet freedom, here is how we can work together:
- Build a tool together. If you need a small privacy or security tool that does not exist yet, we can scope it and build it in the open.
- Security accompaniment. Long-term, hands-on security support for NGOs and human-rights groups: device checks, day-to-day security practice, and internal security policies written for non-technical staff.
- Tor relays and bridges. Help a university, company or community run relays or bridges, from the first install to monitoring.
- Talks and workshops. Privacy, Tor, and open source communities in Taiwan, in Mandarin or English. Past talks are listed here.

工作之外，如果你的團體在做隱私或網路自由，可以這樣一起合作：
- 一起開發工具：需要某個還不存在的隱私或資安小工具，我們可以一起界定需求，以開源的方式做出來。
- 公民團體的資安陪伴：長期、實地的資安協助，包括裝置檢查、日常的資安做法，以及寫給非技術同仁看的內部資安規範。
- Tor 中繼站與橋接站：協助學校、企業或社群架設 relay 或 bridge，從安裝到監控。
- 演講與工作坊：隱私、Tor、台灣開源社群，華語或英語皆可。
